What to Expect at a Skillmasters Evaluation Session
With input from professional soccer coaches and sports data scientists, we have defined 8 skill tests as critical to understanding a player’s technical and physical capacity in soccer. These tests are run under the supervision of the Skillmasters Professional Team.
Testing day is a structured, station-based session designed to run smoothly, stay consistent, and produce results you can trust. Players rotate through stations in small groups while our Skillmasters team manages the flow and data capture.
Every test is video recorded and all results are uploaded to the player’s profiles.

Cognitive Assessments
In addition to our physical and technical assessments, our cognitive assessments have been uniquely designed by leading sports scientists in the industry. The assessments evaluate a player’s aptitude for processing information and retaining details within a specific timeframe. As a result, our tests determine how quickly a player can make a decision on the field and how accurate that decision is
